Thought... Matt Cassel is a FA at the end of the year. Any thoughts of bringing Cassel to Carolina? Young QB, has legs, has accuracy, strong arm, and can play pretty well.

It's only been one season, but he is leading a good team. His RB's have been injured pretty much all season and he is averaging over 200 ypg. Could be a good fit with Panthers?

I been wanting Fox gone for a long time now. There is no reason for our Offensive to be so flat, so predictable. There seems to be no consistency in how we play. Our RB's are too good and WR are too solid to be dominated week in and week out like it has been. We have benefited form some great plays the past couple weeks to win... We need consistent play.

And D...wake the hell up. Hit someone, blitz....get in the backfield...
