love me some Mitchs, went there all the time until I started going to Jackpot (pool tables)

Jackpot is a fucking hole. You can get Hep. C just by hanging ou there for one night. They redeem themselves only because they have a decent selection of beer. If it burned down tomorrow, nobody would care.

In the past I've been told they have last call at 12:00 on Sundays and Mondays. That may have just been the bartender wanting to go home, I don't know. The best thing about the place was the food, in my opinion. I pretty much quit going after they made it 100% non-smoking, because there were plenty of other places on Hillsborough that cost the same or were cheaper, that were closer to me, and that would permit me to have a god damn cigarette with my drink, even if it was only in one awkward corner of the building.

The one thing I won't like upon my moving back to NC. My coat/clothes smelling like a f'ing chimney every time I come home from a bar...

We should probably also ban body odor, foods with a strong smell, flatulence, and everything else that might offend your dainty nostrils. Also nicer restaurants with fireplaces, since chimneys are so awful. Cry me a fucking river. "But I smell bad now and it's not fair and since I didn't have any fun tonight I want you to ban all of these people from having fun ever!"[Edited on November 26, 2008 at 4:57 PM. Reason : and if you're all worried about it you can just go to fucking mitch's]

Body odor and flatulence doesn't cling to me and my clothes for days. But you're god damn right I hate smelly people. Fat people too. What of it?That said, it's not like I'm advocating having a complete smoking ban in bars like CA and NY does...Is it really shocking that a non-smoker doesn't like smelling like smoke after a night out. Why so sensitive?[Edited on November 26, 2008 at 4:59 PM. Reason : x]

I suppose what's shocking is that you're "not advocating having a complete smoking ban in bars," like 99.99% of the people on this site who complain about how they smell end up doing.
