without reading this whole thread, I recommend going to see a Dr. but I will ask 1 follow up. When you pee is it clear, slightly yellow, or REALLY yellow?
11/29/2008 10:57:11 AM
Usually really yellow in the morning and clearer in the afternoon
11/29/2008 11:05:08 AM
that's pretty normal i think. Mine is always really yellow in the morning. and I pee a lot during the day too. but I drink like 2 gallons of water a day, so it's pretty much totally clear by mid afternoon.

In the interest of listing the worst possible diagnosis, with little evidence, I'm going to say:Sjogren's syndrome ... or a brain tumor ... or AIDS.In all seriousness, the fatigue, dizziness, and urination means it would be wise to get your blood sugar checked. Diabetes can also damage your eyes - or maybe just get a vision check. ... After actually reading, I'm sticking with AIDS / and going to see an endocrinologist. It is unlikely but possible that the entire constellation of symptoms (versus most) are linked.[Edited on November 29, 2008 at 11:23 AM. Reason : ]

How many times does she have to say she's been tested with no signs of diabetes?
11/29/2008 11:19:50 AM
obviously at least 1 more

Have you been evaluated for gluten intolerance? Having learned about it, and seeing the myriad complications and symptoms it causes, I am convinced my mother has celiac disease, and not fibromyalgia, which is what she was 'diagnosed' with. But, she won't even bother to try to find out And look at other possible allergens - food or environmental. Wonky immune systems have a CRAZY range of symptoms, and it's a long list.At this point, I'd say cut out the coffee completely: it's doing you no good, and may actually be making things worse. Taking it out of your diet will simplify the process of figuring out what's wrong. You will lose nothing by cutting it out, since it sounds like you're so exhausted that it's like using a thimble to bail a sinking ship. Some of the comments in here make me And then I know who goes to the ER for little shit, and asks for antibiotics for the flu

if you consider her raging libido as a symptom though, it leans it more towards a neurological problemgo get a spinal tap

I will bring you soup and give you a hug. Problem solved.

I DIAGNOSED MYSELF WITH TERMINAL CANCER. I'VE NOT BEEN TO A DOCTOR ABOUT IT, BUT I CHECKED OUT GOOGLE. I CLAIM TO JUST HAVE A YEAR TO LIVE.I know someone that this is true about. I know it doesn't really relate to this thread, but seriously, he's a fucking moron.

antibiotics won't hurt, dumbass.on a headache related note, caffeine and sodium nitrate are known triggers for migraine headaches. it's pretty obvious what you can find caffeine in, but sodium nitrate is a commonly used preservatives in meat, typically pork products like bacon, sausage, hot dogs, etc. cut those out too.i buy into the whole "interrelated" theory. but, until you can disprove that, work to disprove or eliminate individual symptoms where possible.

I feel well enough to spend all my free time in the next two days doing projects. The symptoms come and go like this....I get a few really terrible days and then a few good ones. I've been trying to eat enough, sleep enough, and take my vitamins lately. That seems to help to a great extent or not at all depending on what time of the month it is.I almost always feel better when I have PMS too...dunno why that is.

What medications are you taking, besides your multi-vitamin?Google says these are your top 5 causes:1. Acute myeloblastic leukemia type 32. Congenital aplastic anemia3. Diabetes4. Premenstrual syndrome5. Type 2 diabetesIf blood tests and urine tests have ruled out Diabetes and Anemia, I would ask your doctor to check the size of you organs (liver, spleen, etc) to see if they are enlarged at all.[Edited on December 1, 2008 at 3:37 PM. When was the last blood test? It sounds a lot like high blood sugar. If it has been a while you could just borrow the blood tester of a diabetic friend and check your sugar on your own.
12/1/2008 6:08:42 PM
Have you taken a good shit lately?
12/2/2008 3:27:48 AM
^that thar is a serious medical type question.
12/2/2008 6:21:46 AM
I went to the Dr. on Friday. My blood tests came back today and she's still coming up dry for a diagnosis. My thyroid, blood sugar, and B12 were all normal. I was thinking it was intestinal parasites, but that would probably be indicated by low B12. My iron and globulin were high, but the DR. said that these didn't mean anything.I might still get the test for intestinal parasites.Off to the GYN tomorrow. Maybe she'll have some answers.
