Muell... There are several websites that would actually send these letters out for you... check out http://www.mimeo.com.

You can store the templates there and when someone places an order you just fill in the message. They will print the letter and send it for a fee. You could even setup a webshop and Mimeo would take the payment for you and send a monthly check (I think).

I think it's funny and the site looks great.

I have a couple people on my street that could use a letter from this site. One guy owns his house but never lives there. Actually he doesn't have grass anymore since he never takes care of it, just dirt and weed. Another house that is being rented gets the lawn mowed once or twice a year. I've had to mow back the weeds from the sidewalk numerous times so my daughter wouldn't get attacked by them.

Not that my yard is pristine or anything, I have tons of weeds and dirt spots, but at least I keep the grass short and the sidewalk clear.
