^^ Id say that at the top end of the spectrum, Brazilian women win. Id say that swedish women easily win if you compare average women. There just arent a lot of ugly women in sweden. Plus a lot of the halfling girls out there with one swedish parent and the other from somewhere else tend to be ridiculously hot.
