if other people are Redskins, or Cowboys or Steelers or fans of whatever team pre-Panthers, why don't you at least take on the Panthers as your 2nd team if you are from the Carolinas? with the talent they had this year, there is absolutely no excuse for the Cowboys not making the playoffs this year. looks like old Jerry might need to consider making some coaching changes.

redskins? are you serious?

the reason why there are a lot of redskins fans in NC is probably because that was who a lot of people around here liked (other than the cowboys ) before the panthers.

anyway, reason or not, the cowboys are like the ultimate bandwagon team. we had this argument the other day. though being a bandwagon fan in pro sports is maybe possibly a little more understandable than being a unc bandwagon fan (i mean did like 80% of unc fans go to unc? or college anywhere? i'm gonna go with NO).

but cowboys, man. america's team. and the patriots aren't far behind (though this year sort of quieted down all the arbitrary patriot's fans. muhahahaha)

i remember in elementary school everyone was a bandwagon fan. its like how you were initiated into groups. the first question everyone asked was what basketball team you liked. and if you didn't know, you had to just pick one (ncsu, unc, duke and there was always a small collaboration of wake fans. everyone was just usually confused by them, though). little did you know that this ONE moment in your life would have lasting consequences.
