I friend from France dragged me to City Limits once when they were doing some event and good god are they obnoxious. They're like people who aren't good enough to have a show on 96 rock, which means essentially that they're garbage.

for the amount of money they probably spend on just one of these shitty bands, they could probably get 3 or 4 bands that are actually relevant

in high school my band played at one of the Deep South Battle of the Bands things at Lincoln Theatre, and the owner was indeed one of the douchiest dudes i've ever met.. probably 38-39 years old, with an emo haircut, tight jeans and tight shirt.. trying way too fucking hard

How was this thing? I bet it was awesome and free! Hell yeah! They don't charge admission but the Bud Lights are $5 a piece, that's awesome! Free concerts are awesome!
