I think cops should be able to choke people out for speeding too. If you don't break the law you don't need to worry about it.

because he has lied about pretty much everything he has said since this started. and he knows the NSA will never be able to publicly disprove him because in doing so it would reveal the truths of how they actually work, thus undermining what they actually do.
