Latest runs look more bust than boom. Low pressure developing further offshore, so heavier snow will be going south and east (if these models are proven to be right). At this point, I think 2" in Raleigh would be a nice victory.

Both are equally as bad. Southerns because they freak the fuck out and cause traffic jams. Yankees because they're overly cocky in the snow and flip their SUV over on the shoulder of I-40

Well I would say the yankees cause the most problems because MOST southerners would be like "oh shit a lot of snow, I'm staying home, I can't drive" type thing.
The yankee would be "this aint shit, I can drive in this" not realizing that Wake County doesn't do as well with snow as say New York City might, and just because you have that 4x4 Land Rover it does not mean you can drive.
