my pal at carolina said he encountered one of you guys. said he told him to put down the chalk and when he didn't, my pal threw him on the ground. he said he left after the guy threatened to call the cops.
said no one has bothered to get rid of the chalked messages.

The chalking is sporadic on campus, but looks great. And putting the Daily Tar Hell in the actual newspaper bins fooled quite a few people.

And just as a minor side point--assault is when you just scare someone into thinking you're going to hurt them. Battery is when you actually do it.
