but im just seriously worried about my anger issues. it just feels wrong. if i was 25 and single, then i wouldnt care.

you missed my point. i dont give a damn what one particular GUY thought about me.

i give a damn about my acting like a jerkwad on the whole fucking bus in front of god and everyone.

the guy might have been inconsiderate, or more likely just unaware . i basically had two options

(1) i could have dealt with the issue calmly and smoothly by ASKING him to please close the window and everyone would have been happy.

(2) i jump up and get in the guys face, physically, cause the entire rear of the bus to get stressed over some near-violence drama (the woman beside me about pissed her pants), and potentially put my safety at risk. theres a lot of lunatics in the city, he could have had a weapon for all i knew.

so why do i always behave like (2) when i KNOW that (1) is the best way to deal with people?

I will post again because I told you HOW TO WIN three times. By opening all the windows you force all the non confrontational people on the bus to make a choice. Pick your obvious right side by closing all the windows and staying warm or prove to this asshole how big your balls really are and let everyone freeze there asses to death.
