1) Small market morning meteorologist/storm chaser

2) Moody co-anchors. Crappy set. GM is tight on the purse strings and doesn't want to spend money to fix broken equipment. Viewers that bitch about me covering Dancing with the Stars while covering a tornado on the ground in the viewing area. 24 hour day when covering/chasing severe weather.

3) No noon show, so a 7 hour shift. Get to talk weather with the school kids and other local groups. I get to chase tornadoes in Oklahoma and Texas. Free gym membership, clothing allowance, discounts at local businesses, free cable and cell phone, free tickets to local events. Company covers cost of attending national conferences. Gift cards for winning our ratings period.

2) worrying about not selling enough stuff (although that hasn't been a problem this season!), people always looking for freebies and handouts, unstable market, being located in the middle of nowhere, on pace for 45,000 miles on the truck this year (although I enjoy driving), being brand new to the geography and not always having the local knowledge that my customers desire

C) absolutely. I wouldn't have taken a job on the other side of the country if the perks weren't amazing. living in once of the most beautiful states in America is pretty nice
