^Well they were saying on ESPN just yesterday it would be a long shot for Manning to make it since he would have to not miss a start until he was 38....he has a shot true, but it's a long shot.

If anyone in the league right now could do it, it would be Manning

Dude's pretty tough, he's started every game since his rookie season

Rivers is a douch bag. He can't even keep from getting drawn into an argument with some drunk in the stands.

As much as I love this man with all of my heart and soul, he needs to just go and chill on his farm in Mississippi.

The only exception is if he goes back to Green Bay, which is obviously not happening.

I'm a huge packers fan and I would have had been happier if he had gone to the vikings rather than the jets. I think it would be awesome if he went now.

Because he sucks.

Maybe not as much as a Tavaris Jackson/Sage Rosenfels/John David Booty, but facing him twice a year would be a boost to the ol' win column.

Why go to the Vikings when you could go to Oakland and play for your new head coach, and longtime lover, John Madden?

Rumor has it that Childress is going to be replaced by Peter King.

I think they were saying on the NFL network today that favre's record playing at the vikings dome wasn't all that good.

I wouldn't mind Favre coming back if he didn't say he was going to retire every fucking year. Fuck just STFU already.

At the end of the day, if they are going to put Vikings games on TV, I'd rather watch Favre then Tarvaris Jackson or Sage Roflcopterfells.

ESPN just needs to make a NOT joke out of whatever Favre's retirement status happens to be on a particular day.

No one gives a shit, stop putting 15 to 30 minute coverage segments of his lame old ass on my Sportscenter.

Is this record only for QBs? Cause you'd think a kicker might be able to do it if its not specific to any position

QBs only

But he was only one away for tying the record for any position

I think some d-line dude from a hundred years ago holds the record

And looking at Morten Anderson's career stats, I don't think kickers are counted at starters
