Avent ferry is already a very treacherous road during rush hour. with buses on the road stopping constantly, and the road flooded with rush hour commuters, cars ride very close to each other. accidents happen all the time on this road. having to worry about a red light happening and someone slamming on their breaks causing a pile up is way too much to worry about than someone simply running a red light. 3/20/2009 3:18:53 PM |

It always pissed me off when some cars took that S curve just after the top of the hill heading towards Gorman. They'd cut the lanes and not stay in theirs, usually making someone else in front of me hit the brakes so they weren't run into the curb. 3/20/2009 9:41:43 PM |

Red light camera tickets are not a criminal offense, this doesn't apply.
Red light tickets are not even a moving violation.

BULLSHIT!
This aint gonna fix anything. And its pointing the wrong damn direction. Wrecks happen because of people turning, not running red lights. DUMBASSES!
Onlything that will fix that light will be to put in proper left turn signals. 4/3/2009 3:41:50 PM |

So at $50 per ticket, it would take nearly 16,000 tickets to merely break even with the contract. How many tickets do they think they're gonna get? I smell corruption here ...4/3/2009 4:21:52 PM |
