What are you calling now days? Last 2 years? Last 10 years? If Joey Galloway can be traded for two 1st round picks I don't think it is unreasonable that Cutler was.

who's in the Broncos backfield. i think Orton will be okay. i'm going to try and acquire him in my dynasty league while his stock is low.

Bears have been needing a solid QB, lets hope this is it... i also have Devin Hester on my roster

Correll Buckhalter

Lamont Jordan
Selvin Young
Ryan Torain
Peyton Hillis

They may draft a running back as well. McDaniels has let it be known that Young, Torain and Hillis are available for trade.

Jay Cutler is a pretty well known bodybuilder. Beyond him though, no.

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jay_Cutler

Jay Cutler may refer to:

Jay Cutler (bodybuilder), bodybuilder
Jay Cutler (American football), American football player

I am totally not into ['Murrcan] football, so I didn't know there was a player with the same name.

Jay Cutler the bodybuilder is a 2-time Mr. Olympia (06 and 07), but he is most famous for upstaging Ronnie Coleman in 2006, who was Mr. Olympia for 8 straight years from 1998 to 2005, which is a record.

Holy shit, some people have been to the moon? Some people like golden showers? Some people like to jump of cliffs with parachutes?

And you know the names of at least two... the whole world does. (ok, they are ex-pro bodybuilders, but still, just goes to show that some bodybuilders DO become pop icons)

^ huh?

I don't think the Bears got ripped off... granted you normally get lowballed when you trade a player for picks in the NFL (Marshall Faulk in his prime for a 2nd rounder?!)

To get a big armed QB in the draft you are going to have to use an early first round pick... and it's worth it to throw in a late first rounder to insure you get a good one with a few years experience rather than a rookie who may bust and take 2-3 years to develop.

The Bears are contenders now and they weren't a week ago... that's worth it in my opinion.

^ agreed. i think the Bears have been jonesing for a prime time QB, and while Orton is pretty good, they don't need to be taking any chances after the Rex Grossman era

So like 4 years later, the broncos got orton, knowshon, and Robert ayers for cutler.. I guess not as good as I thought they'd do back then

[Edited on July 26, 2013 at 10:15 AM. Reason : And some later picks I guess]
