have you ever tried to call a company on crap that's fallen from one of their trucks and done damage to your car? THEY certainly seem to think it's for legal reasons

i see your point, though...the "keep back ### feet" signs might be for safety, but the "not responsible for broken windshields" are definitely for their benefit, not yours

I talked to Aubrey on the phone last night... she is doing ok considering but she broke her leg in 7 places, and has already had 3 surgeries and at least 3 months of recovery. The passenger has a broken hip, something else, and a pretty fucked up back.

Now for the interesting part... They both were at a friends house and their friend gave them A margarita each, nothing to big or crazy. After hanging out there they left and from the time they left to the wreck it looks like they didn't have time to go anywhere else. A 4 person attested to her family that they both only had one drink each, but neither Aubrey or Kristina can remember being in the car, hitting the cones or the truck. She never even hit the brakes. When her B.A.C. was tested her blood work showed it was close to .38 , wtf happened then? Her parents have gotten a lawyer to ask for the blood work to be tested for drugs of any kind.

But just in case any of you care both girls will eventually be fine it seems and hopefully the truth about what happened will come out.
