eggs, at least 2
oj, 16 ounces or more
coffee 1 bigass mug or 2 regular mugs
some sort of morning pastry (donuts are a little small so 2 of them if that's the deal, usually a large cinnamon roll or something with fruit in it, possibly a biscuit with jam)
bacon or sausage (2 strips or 2 links minimum)
hashbrowns (patty form (ideal))
fruit (banana, grapes, strawberries, blueberries)
slightly under cooked oatmeal or cereal (oatmeal based or miniwheats) with skim milk

variations include Belgian waffles/pancakes instead of morning pastry or cereal, omelet instead of eggs

Chorizo con Huevos is also a excellent substitution (probably spelled it horribly wrong but it's huevos ranchos with chorizo in the eggs)

frosted shredded wheat? Hell no, give me the original unfrosted kind, thank you.
fruity pebbles?...froot loops? Ah, fuck no. Here's a thought -- how about actual fruit?
actually putting sugar on the cereal? Oh my fucking god, just stop. Please."

all cereal is horrible for you. your regular and mulitgrain cheerios and unfrosted shredded wheat aren't any better for you than the sugary ones, except they taste like shit.

...When even the resident fatty (*ahem*me*ahem*) knows cereal doesn't even come close to pretending to be a meaningful breakfast, that's a sign that everyone should know better.

How is all cereal bad for you? Many of them have whole grains, which help you poop and help remove cholesterol from your arteries. I eat oatmeal several mornings per week, which does all of the above plus contains high-quality protein, and it's dirt-cheap at about 10 cents a serving.

2 eggs scrambled w/texas pete
biscuit w/butter & jelly
coffee

Sometimes it's nice having a cafeteria at work. Though if I had made all that myself the total ingredient cost would have been like $1.25 rather than the $3 it cost me, but I barely get up early enough to get to work as it is...

I switched from an Iced Skinny Vanilla Latte to an Unsweet Passion Iced Tea (at Starbucks). Less caffeine, over $1 cheaper...and less calories.

Anything with salsa and eggs is in my book. And with eggs and beans, it's protein-rich.
