If both velocity and acceleration can be constant, does a constant rate of change in life indicate stagnancy? Will there be a point where we are always improving and it's no big deal because we've adapted to change? To someone like you in our generation, does change always have to be a good thing?

You answered your own question. In this equation, velocity would be the rate of change. A constant velocity indicates stagnancy.

Ideally, the positive changes that happen upon oneself can influence others positively as well, resulting in a positive feedback loop.

Change should always lead in an upward direction in the long-term.

What is your best Halloween costume ever?

My Halloween costumes were always awful. I think I hit my peak in the 3rd grade, when I came to school as a TV.

In kindergarten, I went a USPS employee.
In first grade, I was a Ninja Turtle.
In second grade, I was a Power Ranger.
In fourth grade, I was a skeleton.
In fifth grade, I was Robin.
In sixth grade, I was "The Mask".

I stopped in seventh grade and have no recollection of my costumes from 0-4.

Do you have pictures of said TV costume?

Oh, and what is the current direction that Facebook is headed? Will it continue to grow and usurp daily life?

With the combination of spheres on FB, what with the relationships and the termination thereof, professional and social circles, factoids instead of information, quizzes and games, what are the dangers of putting all these particular eggs in one basket?

For instance, I just posted a status update about how I love you and miss you, you probably saw it. MY BOSS commented on it. I mean, this can't be healthy.

My mom threw them away.

Facebook is still trying to make itself profitable. The founders are probably set for life and some of the core workers, but the people and companies buying preferred stock and offering venture capital are going to have a tough time recouping their investment (if recent news is correct).

I see Facebook as stagnating and its applications being its main focus. Those are the items that are growing.

It will indeed continue to grow and usurp daily life, but it will probably be replaced by a better social networking site (like MySpace) or divest itself into niche websites. And I base this on completely nothing.

what if cddweller broke up with you and dated your friend...would you be ok with that or go kick some butt?

This question poses a lot of presumptions.

Would cddweller ever break up with me? Probably not. I find this to be a pretty safe assumption, due to the crap she's waded through already.

If she were to break up with me, would she ever date my friend(s)? cddweller does not know any of my friends very well and even if she did, they probably would not be compatible. Also, my friends and I have unwritten boundaries about dating people's leftovers.

In this highly unlikely scenario, I would conjecture that I would be completely okay with cddweller and one of my friends dating. I feel I've matured a lot when it comes to relationships and I feel that as two adults, they should be able to make reasonable decisions considering their dating prospects. To be completely honest, I probably would speak less to both parties out of spite and respect.

If this assumption is correct, it's probably because Jews like foods that are holey. (enter jackleg) Seriously, I have no idea.

^ Oh, I'm way over the break-up, which was in August. No break-up will ever be as bad as '07.

But you're right. Damn, you being ignorant of the whole situation means we don't talk much anymore .

You've been taking care of the CIA and studying hard. Also, and this is just a guess, but I imagine your gf is taking up a lot of time.
