Yea I buy it in bulk powder and cap it myself....It really does kinda get me high....just makes me feel all around good...kinda like a Zeus mentality

speaking of supplements i just bought some casien protein to see how it suits me,

and a little more whey (in a flavor that should be good for my oatmeal! )



i've never taken casein before but im hoping the slow burn will affect my appetite...and sweet tooth

if not then i may have some for sale if anyone wants it! aha.

^good point. I haven't tried many brands of Casein, but every one I did try clumped like crazy.

typically it has 8+ grams of protein in it as well as other nutrients, sugars and fats
