I, too, will eat a hot dog for lunch.

But I generally go Chili, Mustard, Slaw, Onions, Texas Pete on my dogs. Yumyum hot dogs in Greensboro really does a stand up job, and there ice cream is AMAZING.

Also according to Food Network, the best hot dog in the world is located in Charlotte, by some guy who has a hot dog stand down there and travels around. I may just go looking for him one day. Supposedly he has a plaque that they gave him for his best hot dog.

There's a burger and franks place here in LA that is really good, but they don't have ketchup at all, for fries or anything else. They look at you all uppity and condescending if you dare to ask for some.

I bought hot dogs at the store yesterday, b/c I'm short on cash. 8 pack of hot dogs = 4 meals for like $5 total (incl buns). FTW.

I usually get Sabrett's. They're my favorite, closely followed by Nathan's. But this time I got Oscar Meyer b/c I'm poor


And I always put ketchup on my hot dogs, along with mustard and any of the following: onions, chili, coleslaw, sauerkraut, cheese, and/or relish.

-Yellow Mustard, Chili, Slaw. Onions optional. Tabasco optional.
or
-Mustard (yellow or spicy brown) and relish.
or
-Spicy brown mustard & sauerkraut.

A brat should not have sauerkraut, the correct answer is: "What are spicy brown mustard, grilled peppers & onions?"

Also re: Chicago dog, what the fuck is a sport pepper? And why is the relish neon green? Scary shit right there.

I hate slaw. Therefore, I think it's totally acceptable to remove the slaw (which contains MAYO) and replace it with mayo. Also, who the fuck cares what a "proper dog" is anyway?
