I copped the Shogun Assassin 5-Film Collector's Set DVD the other week...watched #2, 3 and 4 over the last couple days

Aside from them getting a different actor to play Retsudo ( and having Ogami Itto's voice dubbed by someone else, the movies are all great

I expected some dropoff like most sequels, and while not as great overall as Shogun Assassin, the sequels are really good

and the music is off the chain

haha here is the aftermath of one of Ogami's battles...yeah, he killed all these fuckers by himself
