I would again argue that possessing said grenades is not necessarily wrong. I'm sure there is some instance outside of the military where possession is allowed. More than likely the article is giving a simple description that doesn't fully encompass what the law says.
Having said that, "unregistered firearms" is bullshit in its own right. How dare the gov't demand to know what guns you have. I admit the law exists, but I'll say that said law is wrong. I'll stand by the man being arrested, but I'll still call it bullshit. 8/17/2009 7:09:50 PM |

If that's the case, then the law does not "necessarily" have to be abided.
That's good news for me and the other people who love illegal immigrants.8/18/2009 3:01:06 AM |

World leaders line up to mark fall of Berlin Wall Sunday, November 8, 2009

As one who served in the Cold War, I can sincerely say--never forget. It wasn't a hot war, but it was very real.
Sometime--if I can find them--I'll post some old Army documents of mine about surveilling and detaining SMLM vehicles and Red Army Faction warnings. Ah, the days of REFORGER and the Fulda Gap scenario--it seems like only yesterday.

Wonder what they will do with the guns? They all look to be in good shape from that photo and probably have been fired rarely, if ever. They would make great museum pieces somewhere...hopefully they don't just melt them down. 11/9/2009 2:02:44 PM |
