I just did on-demand ticketing at 12:01. It said no matching seats found for 1 student ticket etc etc. My roommate tried about 10 mins ago and it worked for him. Then I logged in and was able to get one for me, my gf, and my sister. Maybe they are releasing them in bunches. You guys should try

Alright, someone in my group is having problems. They claimed their ticket on Saturday morning, but never printed it. Now, they've been trying to print it and are having issues.

I looked at their account and when clicking on 'Your Tickets' it says

...so, no 'Print Ticket' button

Go to 'Request/Claim Tickets' and it has a 'Reserve Ticket' link. Clicking that says

"Error There are no more tickets available."

Go to 'Cancellations' and it says

Quote :

"Click the Event for the tickets you would like to cancel Thursday, September 3 at 7:00 PM - South Carolina at 2009 NC State Football (Cancel Ticket Request)"

What gives? Can they not get a ticket anymore? Would canceling the request and trying to claim another ticket work?

as long as you are sure there are on demand tickets left the last option is probably the only fix, since its pretty obvious there are a ton of bugs they are working on. (like no emails)

its in both firefox and IE. I think they hit the 'claim ticket' link on the game listing page, but missed a following 'claim ticket for real' button

I almost lost my ticket because I was expecting an e-mail like last year and didn't get one, so I assumed I didn't have a ticket. I checked on a whim last second and was able to claim it. Unfortunately my roommate did not check so we lost her's if she had one

c) we practice a lot in there so I can't exactly leave during hands-on stuff..
