what i don't understand about not leaving a message- were you gonna just hang up when I answered the phone? If it isn't important enough to leave a message, then it isn't important enough for me to worry about calling back if I didn't see the call until a couple hours after it came in

well most of those times we had planned on getting up at somepoint that day, so it is often a dual purpose call back, trying to find out when/where

i think brett is the only person i know who wants a voicemail. I call most of the people back if i see "Missed Call from ***" or if i'm the person calling i tend to not leave a voicemail and just send a quick text about whatever it was "plans tonight?", "you hit that last night?" lol. unless it's detailed or really important, then i'll leave a vm.


most people get annoyed by voicemails.

i'd take a text message too- point is if someone wants to discuss something with me, leave me some sort of message about it. If it is just a missed call, I'll assume it is something along the lines of "what are you doing? wanna go grab something to drink or eat?

I think most people don't leave you a message anymore bc when they used to you never called back and then from in person observation noticed you did ignore calls. So now when you don't answer they just assume you're ignoring, but don't leave a message bc you used to not call back anyway. Or if you did, it was like casey's situation and you didn't listen prior to calling back.

Also, bc I never call you...when I have you have always called me back. So thanks
