haha, wachovia wouldn't cash the check either due to insufficient funds! i knew that would happen, because it's what always happened on paydays. unless you were one of the first employees to hit the bank, it was unlikely you'd be able to deposit or cash your paycheck. i took it to a pawn shop where i know some of the employees, and they hooked me up.
