i have been getting really bad headaches this past week - two weeks

sucks

i hope my eyesight hasn't changed, i was JUST at the eye doc in august

maybe it is just stress? they hurt everywhere like my neck, temples, behind my eyes and my forehead. it isn't really in just one spot (like you know how with sinus pressure the pain is just around your sinuses).

and taking 4 extra strength tylenol at once is NOT helping. any other good headache medicines?

Also, ensure you're getting enough water. People seriously underestimate how often dehydration will cause a headache.

Tylenol doesn't do anything for my headaches. I find that ibuprofen works a lot better.

i just switched my pillow to one of those tempurpedic (sp) ones because i thought it might help

and i drink a TON of water (see my peeing in the night thread)

i guess i will chalk it up to stress. maybe if i got a massage they would stop but those are like $texas and i don't have $texas or time! ahh.

but eating, caffeine, meds, nothing seems to make them go away.

yes. in august. and i've had it checked before that because i've had a lot of stomach problems over the past few years and they always say it is fine (i don't really know what "fine" means).

i have a bump/sore on my lip

i mean they've been chapped and peeling for like a week and when i peel them instead of using my fingers i bite the skin off the bottom lip with my teeth

so i'm sure that is what the bump is from - rubbing my teeth against the lip (cause its on the inside, not the outside where the chap is)

but i'm still scared i have like an std of the mouth somehow even though that is like almost impossible in my situation

so if i have walking pneumonia and it can turn to regular pneumonia i thought that would only happen if i DIDN'T walk around. but they tell you to bed rest?! but i thought people in hospitals got pneumonia because they didn't walk around enough?

so here's my question. did i endanger myself by running around in the cold for 2 hours? i would think it would have HELPED clear my lungs yes? cause my dad says i'm not allowed to look for the dog anymore even tomorrow.
