He seemed to have a heart attack (maybe) and bleeding into his belly

Dude. Knock the shit off. What's your problem? People post about their dead pet because they're feeling sad. They don't want to put into some fucking thread of obscurity with 10s of 100s of other pets that over time, most people won't even click to see. Stop being a heartless dick.
