only if she's bred to. my roommates mom breeds dogs or some shit. they train them to do that shit with robots.

OH MY GOD SHE CAME BACK!!!!! BEST MOMENT OF MY LIFE!!!

she was just sleeping on the mat on our porch where i left the food and water.

maybe she was hiding near us in the woods the whole time. my dad just brought her in my room. thank god! sooooo happy.

in other news, she started whining because she had to go out to pee.

but i'm not even mad at her because she found herself. though if i knew THAT was going to happen i might not have freaked as much. she'd just never been at our house a lot so i didn't know if she'd find her way back. but she is here and now we are never opening the door with her near it OR any of the cats

because last night after she got out and i was putting her food and water out on the porch, my kitten ran out and i almost lost my mind (luckily my dad grabbed her by the scruff and dragged her back in).

YAYYYYYYYYYYYY!! HAPPY THANKSGIVING EVE! i know what i'm thankful for - this DARN DOG RETURNING!


(this is all much to the dismay of my cats haha - but this is good cause now they can get used to a dog. the dog likes them - she doesn't do anything to them at all but the kitties are kinda reluctant of her and puff up and have growled a little, but surprisingly not as much as they growl and hiss at each other. and they haven't tried to swat her or anything!)

Once when I was dogsitting in the 7th grade I took her out to pee and the owner had just left (who failed to tell me the dog would always chase after her van if she had just left, even if it was 5 minutes later). She told me the dog didn't need a leash, so we walked outside.. and then she bolted. My street didn't have lights down it so I was like oh shit and couldn't see her. Then I heard *BAM* right near the road I freaked out and ran to tell my stepdad, then he went out to the road to see.. She was hit.

By the way, even though the microchip technology is fairly common today, that doesn't mean all shelter tech's check for them. >.>

Also... REGISTER YOUR MICROCHIPS, PEOPLE. It reallyyyyy doesn't help when you have one in your pet then the animal tech at the shelter goes to check for it and there is absolutely no information or you adopted a pet from someone else then never changed the microchip info to your info. Kthx.

it is a deerhound mix (probably with a lab or something - shelter dog)

clogged toilet + migraine + 24 hour plumbers that say they answer the phone and don't + all of my towels are used from the over flow + i broke my toilet somehow while trying to hold the ball thing up to prevent water from flowing everywhere

and now i'm cold. wet. and my laundry basket of clothes that had new clothes in it is soaked with TOILET WATER

oh and i have to pee and only have one bathroom

it only started flooding once and i turned the thing off

(this was like an hour ago. almost an hour and a half ago)

ughhhhhhhhhhh. i don't want to pay $300 so now i have to wait until morning for my one and only toilet to be fixed
