They carry all that stuff in the stores, but for the fashion show, they'll sometimes make it out of fun fabrics that they can add accessories to. The fashion show is supposed to be fun, while showing off their collection at the same time. Otherwise they could have just done their show in Bryant park and that's it. This show is all production.

I have their Very Sexy and it's a push-up with extra push up inserts you can add. It's great for big boobies because it's takes the gravity away haha.
