25 is a pretty good year where you can float between old and young. if you're just looking to date casually, then dating as young as 22-23 isn't too bad because most girls at that age aren't looking to settle down as quickly as a girl who is her late 20s.

but if youre looking for something more serious, then you would probably have more luck with older women.
