The beach body challenge has really kick started my seriousness about working out and eating correctly. I have more knowledge of both because of TWW and my diabetes is in better control.

I work out 4-5 days a week with various routines and I am currently eating better because of the zone diet.

Off the top of my head:

--Gave me some great Halloween costume ideas when I was in desperation mode

--Helped me plan my entire trip to Washington DC and the OBX (it's really the place that convinced me to go to Ocracoke, which is now my favorite place on earth).

--Helped me buy my girlfriend a birthday present.

--Greatly expanded my beer knowledge/options past Miller and Bud

--Gives me a place to cry when Herb, Mazzoni, Trestman, Archer, Gavin Grant is bringing me down

--Showed me Erin Andrews naked body

- i met wolfee, who rescued me out of a bad major and got me into Econ
- rode the "vote jackleg" thing and got elected into Student Senate, which led to the whole ticket thing, which led to many of my current business contacts out of college
- got laid off TWW (wish i hadnt)
- bought a bunch of shit
- sold a bunch of shit
- made most of the friends i still talk to
