I've found that it's easier for me to make friends with guys than it is with girls...at first I had no clue why, cause I was like "Well I'm a good person, I have a laid back personality, I try to stay out of the drama" I mean at least that's what all my friend tell me...but I could never figure out why I had such a hard time making friends with other females....

Then I realized this...Sometimes, when I first meet someone, I naturally give them a go to hell look. No clue why, I'm not thinking it at all...but people have told me several times that the first time they met me they thought I hated them so they were afraid to talk to me...

Now I try to really think about it and make myself smile when I first meet people....

Just to add on to my last statement....I like hanging out with guys...but I hate being in the only chick in a group of guys...overall I'd rather have females to hang out with, I like having people I can relate with better....hanging out with a group of girlfriends is so fun (as long as there isn't a girl in the group that gets offended by everything said, but that could really go for any group of friends, no one likes having a friend you have to walk on egg shells around)

My group of girlfriends in Hickory are pretty easy going....I mean I guess at least with me...like they are really laid back and stuff...but I'm the goofball of that group and they have just learned to expect the unexpected with me...

I'm also the one that is clueless to the drama that goes on in that group...I have no clue who is friemies with who...When I hang out with them I have fun and I hope that I bring everyone else with me...and for the most part I do.

I've had girlfriends and there's just too much emotional attachment and involvement. Shadowrunner knows this. He's known two of my nearest and dearest. Maintaining a friendship with a girl is just as bad as maintaining a relationship with a girl. And the fall out from the break up is just as bad.
