Yeah it doesn't clear her name at all...especially if she is the one that was calling the white guy pinky and telling the black guy to beat his ass.

I mean I think it's dumb that this is a race issue though....the real issue should be "don't run your mouth to someone if you can't take them"

The same thing happened to my two younger brothers...the older one decided that he would run his mouth to the younger one and the younger one had enough of it and give the older on a black eye and a cut on the face.
