speaking of dumb...where can I find this K2 substance? I think I might have to try it out seeing as it's legal and all.

I tried something from the Expressions in Chapel Hill that they refer to as "herb." It's marketed as incense, but they know everyone smokes it. I know that Hazmat has the Spice stuff.

Apparently I had some sort of reaction to the stuff from Expressions. I've seen my boyfriend and his friends on it, and they were pretty chill, like pot. When I smoked it, I tripped balls. I've done Shrooms before and this was nothing like that. My whole world exploded and then folded in on itself.

My boyfriend said I was non-responsive for a good ten minutes, breathing fine, but I just stared at him in abject terror. After the hallucinations, he moved me to lay down so I wouldn't fall, and I remember seeing him and I could understand what he was saying, but I could not respond. I couldn't move or speak, only stare. Then, after about thirty minutes, I started throwing up, and then I slept it off for a few hours.

That's just my experience, though,like I've said, I've seen several folks on it and they were fine.

Tried Magic Silver last night, and I have to say that I was quite pleased. Got it from curious goods. It was expensive though, $32 and change after tax for 1 gram. It did however last longer than I thought, 3 of us couldn't even use half of it. You could probably order it online for a lot cheaper.

No negative residual affects afterward. It was a little "spicy" (best way I can describe it) to smoke, but nothing terrible.

I've heard about this stuff for a while now, but have never tried it. I smoke weed about once a month, only in certain situations. I don't like buying it or carrying it on me b/c I don't want to risk getting drug charges. This seems like a cool legal alternative. The whole part about it being sprayed with chemicals and originally used as incense kind of scares me though. Maybe I'll give it a shot. Is there a preferred way to smoke this stuff or can it be smoked in any fashion?

From what I've heard, you can get the substance by itself, without all the potpourri bullshit which pretty much will give you a headache. I haven't tried the stuff, though.

Finally smoked some of this stuff last night. I bought the K2 Standard. It was like $30 for 3 grams. Got a huge body high off the stuff and a slight mental high. It was a little harsh b/c of the spice in the herbs. Overall, if you want to get high every now and then and have to worry about drug tests, this would be a good alternative.

I'm surprised the DEA hasn't tried to arrest anyone for selling these drugs under the Federal Analog Act. I guess that "not intended for human consumption" statement is enough to cause them problems.

no, I just know the "not for human consumption" bit is how research chemical stores get around selling drugs that are FDA scheduled but not DEA scheduled. I don't see that statement holding up against the DEA though, because it doesn't do shit for protecting MDPV and Mephedrone sellers.

my friend's store in Durham had been doing well selling this stuff. (it supplemented his vinyl sales quite nicely, lol).

they're actually working on another synthetic that's derived from chocolate, so the only means of outlawing that would be to ban chocolate completely. despite the attempt of this statute to encompass all former and forthcoming synthetics, it would be impossible to enforce if they were able to produce a synthetic from that legal substance (ie. intent)
