I was only in Key West on a cruise stop so I didn't have much time, but I spent the majority of my time drinking at Capt. Tony's with my parents. Definitely recommend it. I want to say we might have eaten lunch at Hog's Breath Saloon, but I'm not too sure. I know we took pictures with their cut-out boards. 6/5/2012 1:53:18 PM |

made it back alive. Our house was a block off of Duval so we spent much of our time there. Hit all the major points. Sloppy Joes, Capt. Tony's, Green Parrot, Rick's, The Bull, Hog's Breath, Pete's Piano Bar, etc etc. Irish Kevins reminded me of any other douche bar in any other city so my time there was limited.
Spent one afternoon at Dante's Pool Bar which was fun and relaxing. Not too overly crowded and the drinks kept coming.
Had some great sushi (can't remember where), great fresh catch seafood (Conch Republic Seafood House), hit up El Simoney for an early lunch and it was delicious as advertised.
I'm usually one for finding hidden gems to eat, but with a large group many of our meals were on or right off of Duval and I honestly wasn't disappointed at all.] 6/20/2012 11:47:28 AM |
