ive contacted twitter.
they told me that i need to send in all these records (drivers liscense and another form of ID) via fax and i need an account to do that and i had to do it within two days and i didnt so now im SOL.

ive gotten a lot of people involved and it doesnt look like i can find it.

ok, ive gotten close but no one has been able to crack it so here we go.

im kinda rambling


i received an email on the 20th (Feb) or so forwarded to me from one of my photographer friends.
the email was from a guy saying that he has been talking to this girl (via fb and myspace) on and off since 03 and he has always had doubts that the pictures were hers.
and turns out, they are mine.

i contacted this guy and....wow......
apparently he met her in 2003. she said she was from the west and he started talking to her. after about a year of phone calls and failed meet up attempts he noticed that she had a lot of NCSU stuff in her pics. when he asked if she ever went there and she said she had never been - he brushed it off.
then like a year later she posted a video of "her" getting a tattoo and he noticed the girl in the video has a southern accent....she doesnt at all. he called her out on it and she deleted her profiles and everything with them.
Sometime over a year later later she gets back in contact with him and acts like nothing ever happened.
he does the same but only because he wants to know who the hell she is (apparently she's having these intense online/phone relationships with men online).

she screwed up really bad twice though. one of screw ups...she posted a pic of her at her bartending job...except she forgot to edit out "Ruckus" (yes this girl edits the pictures to make sure no one can trace them). He googled ruckus bar, found out it was in raleigh….
and the final blow...she left a water mark of one of my photographer's at the bottom of a picture.
he googled the photogs name + Raleigh and he finally found me.
this is only tip of the iceberg folks.
i got a look at her facebook and myspace (the guy was nice enough to let me log in as his name) and she has about 500 pictures of me.
she has made up names for my friends.
she makes up stories to go along with them.

i was going to go about this in a civil manner.
i had a letter written out to her very nicely and even offering to talk to her but she got wind that i knew about this(which was my fault) and has since deleted her facebook and myspace. I mean, this is a pretty minor problem and theres no need to get tons of people involved if I could clean it up myself which is why I wanted to keep in low key at first….
After deleting fb and myspace, she put her twitter on private. Well since nothing has happened she’s taken her twitter off of private…I guess she thinks I don’t know about it.
And…shes still posting pics.

she's stopped as of about a month ago, but her profile pic is still me.
and i wonder if she's still emailing my pictures to guys.

shes still pretending to be me.
Her profile is my exact tumlr profile.
and its kinda creepy considering she is sending men these pictures and having relationships with them for seven years.

Her original name on facebook and myspace was Melissa Serrano and she claims to be from California area.
I have her cell number, which is from the cali area.
What can you do for me tdub?

have you tried reaching out to any lawyers that you might be friends with to see if they can send an official cease and desist letter?

sometimes getting something official threatening legal action will scare the shit out of people
