I believe I was in section 115 or 116 I don't have the stub with me at work. It was behind the basket and there were a lot of gt fans in that section so I believe so.

There were also a lot of unc fans and as they were leaving I just kept saying "have a safe trip home" and next thing I know the guy cuffs me while I'm standing at my seat.

I was wearing a shirt that says "obama sucks, carolina sucks, get drunk, go state" so I believe I was targeted by the police because previously a unc fan on the concourse shoved me and security saw it happen yet went after me and told me they would throw me out if I did not return to my seat after visiting the restroom.

I was told in plain words "you are cheering for state so you have no rooting interest in this game we can throw you out right now if we want"

It was maybe an hour later when they did

i was in a UNC section, in the lower corner behind the band. I did not see any of this. I was raucously loud and cheering for Georgia Tech.

somewhat related: i was in the front row behind the clemson bench before our game and was down there to cheer for the pack during warmup. some bitch comes up to me and goes

"My friends are coming back...would yall kindly move"

so i said, sure, can we just slide down this entire EMPTY row of 16 seats for the remaining 2 mins of warmups?

"Are you talking back to me?"

uhh.... what?

"I don't like your tone, I'm having you removed...I have 35 YEARS MORE EXPERIENCE HERE"

uhhhh......WAT at this point i was so dumbfounded by this lady, so i told her that I could tell she has 35 years more experience here based on her wrinkles and dentures.

bitch gets this poor old lady to come tell us to leave her row in WARMUPS, just because we're down there starting Wolfpack chants pre-game. unreal.

so, I think rallydurham's story could be believable for sure.

(bitch also left the game with 5mins left in the 1st half)

Shut the fuck up tke I paid $80 for two seats and didn't get to see the game because these jerk offs threw me out of the arena in HANDCUFFS. You would be livid if this happened to you when I didn't do anything illegal.

They also accused my friend of being on substances which was completely untrue and used that as a reason to consider putting me in jail because I didn't have a "safe ride" available.

they also took my cell phone out of my pocket and used it to call my friend to tell him to come meet them or I was going to jail. At no point did I authorize them to do that and yes they did it under the premise of "doing me a favor" but I don't see how it is illegal for a cop to take my property and USE it. Also at no point did I resist however I have bruises and cuts on both wrists from how tightly they handcuffed me and twisted my arm while they were detaining me.

Not to mention I asked twice "am I being detained or arrested" and they would not answer. I'm not a lawyer but I know they can not hold me against my will in cuffs without it being one or the other.

So seriously. Fuck you because you would be pissed off too

the pics are pretty good. you can see a little redness, but it could be from handcuffs or it could just be naturally red. i'll try to post the pics so you all can decide for yourselves
