I don't understand how you can buy a house out right at this age without being wealthy.

I mean, the title of this thread should read: "I came into some money!!"

I'm not saying well-to-do people can't post about their good fortune. You should just try to make it interesting. Like, travel and do crazy things and take pictures for those of us who can't afford to travel. Or get in some fancy rich person conference and report back with juicy details.

"Hey, I'm rich, and I bought a totally average condo...here are some boring pics..." is kinda lame.

He lived in the Grande for a while when I was down there. Those places are nice as shit and have GREAT access to downtown (where he works). Not much character though.

i suggest not getting a roommate right away. get settled, decorate it, figure how much your utility bills are, etc. you might find you enjoy living on your own and since you don't have a mortgage payment, you don't have to worry about finding someone who can help pay it.

i've owned my place for almost 5 years and i could get a roommate but decided against it. i like having my space the way i want it to be.
