He tried to get me my last semester over something that I didn't do. His advice to me was:

Even if you didn't do it you might want to confess, because the evidence looks bad for you and confessing will insure you can come back after this semester. I was then told I would definitely have a trial and shown statistics that only 4 people in the past 3 or 4 years had been acquitted. He then explained that this isn't a normal trial and majority rules etc....

I didn't do it so I didn't confess, and then two months later had a email saying they dropped the charges and if I didn't do anything wrong in 6 months they would shred the files.

Paul Cousins tried to screw myself and others over on a group powerpoint presentation and paper. Our teacher found parts of the paper which was paraphrased incorrectly and could be called plagarism. She asked each of us what happened and said that she was going to give us a 0 on the paper but still give us a grade on the powerpoint separately. Obviously not a good grade but still going to be a 60-65. After she communicated to Paul Cousins, he told her that she needed to bring the students to student conduct and have a talk, trial, bullshit, etc. etc. Basically end of the story, we could either go before student teacher board and they give their ruling or have a taped recorded private ruling by Mr Cousins, teacher, and the student. The TEACHER even stated to Paul Cousins that she believed that myself and the other students have A averages and made good grades and believed we didn't plagarised intentionally if we did so at all. He had none of this nonsense and gave all of the group members a 0 total on the group presentation/paper grade. Luckily I made a D in the class and did not have to retake this course my final semester before graduation EVEN though they put me on academic warning for that bullshit and if it happened again, I would be expel.
---Believe me, he acts like you are a complete idiot while he is this "genius"...The way he acts so proper just pisses you off even more while talking with him.

I had to talk to the chick in his office about a BS alcohol violation who was actually ok. I guess Cousins was too busy looking into his palantir for more students to harass.

My roommate wasn't as lucky. He locked himself in his room and had the campus police called and then put in a psych ward, which was all his fault. But once he got back on meds he called Cousins to tell him so he could be allowed back on campus, and he said sure. Went back to his room, and then got 2 emails the next morning before he woke up saying he would be evicted from campus and expelled if he didn't report to Cousins at 11am. He woke up at 11. Luckily he made it out of the dorm before the campus police came in after him and then it took him like 5 essays and meetings before Cousins left him alone.
