Are you getting dropped video frames? Audio track is great for me, but video is like 1 fps or less. Then after 5 minutes, it catches up again, only to slow down to a chop again.

when my internet went out last thursday b/c apparently my modem still said sprint on it, and sprint -> embarq -> centurylink, i went to the store and got a new modem. i was paying $29 for 3mbps and saw on their current rate thingy that it's now $29 for 10mbps...so today they're supposed to flip the switch and give me 10. yay! up speeds ran about .5 before, we'll see what they are tonight.

i'm in rocky mount so this is going to be unbelievably fast.

This is at work! We have the crappiest network you can imagine... especially considering it's a business. The test alone took a couple of minutes.

The network all but dies every day in the late afternoon. I'm tempted to install a dail-up modem and probably would if NCSU still provided that ISP service.

^I meant for home speed. I doubt many people have access to 100/100 for home without getting a business line. Although Greenlight's 100/100 is $$$, but the 40/40 isn't too bad ($100).

Man that's shitty. Don't know how you deal with it. Usually get around 5/1.5 on my phone with AT&T. Time Warner Cable does suck though. Only ISP that's in my area in Charlotte right now. Can't wait for Uverse or something better.
