Drove by that place on Friday. Looked like the kind of place that would be normally filled with people i would want to punch in the throat.6/27/2010 7:17:09 PM |

I drove by near there recently and the sidewalk seating looked pretty decent with the new construction nearing an end. Did they extend out the seating towards the street more than it used to be?
Also, I have never been to Boylan Street Brewpub and I wanted to try their beers sometime, but I've heard they aren't even worth trying.6/27/2010 8:06:54 PM |

^ they aren't bad...but they're also nothing special (prices or taste)...food is meh
i'd much rather go to natty greene's...in fact, i've been patronizing natty greene's every thursday for the past month for $2 pints...their brews are pretty tasty

^^ I've still never been there, but it's on my list definitely. I've been to the one in Greensboro but would like to try out Raleigh's. It's in the old Southend Smokehouse or whatever across from 42nd Street, correct?
Anyway, I cam here to post that I need to find a place that has good wing specials for football today. Specifically around the downtown area. And I like BaDa but I'm not going there for NFL Sunday's so something other than that... 9/19/2010 10:19:27 AM |
