Being tooooo picky with choosing a partner means at some point you are missing opportunities to mate and contribute genetically to the next generation. Unless you make up for it by having more children than average, being particularly choosy is selected against in the long term.

i will say this, he is pretty to look at in person. i was next to him in line at Newark airport going through security last year.

I wonder how much liberty the writers of this article took with the intent of the study. Id like to see the study's definition of "average" because when they are talking about "average size models" vs "bulked up adonis" I am picturing fairly slender vs very defined muscular not in shape vs fatties/overweight like this article and thread make it seem like. maybe that is just me though.

and as for me, (besides the fact I'm married), I don't really care too much what girls think of my body. I do it more to stay in shape and be competitive in the sports I play. Plus I just feel so much better and more energetic when I'm in shape.
