I've never heard of someone having a restraining order put on them because they showed interest in another person. Rejection is part of the game. If you're scared of it, you're going to spend a lot more nights beating off alone than should be necessary.

what works best is a night out drinking a lot, and then hooking up with her while you guys are drunk. chicks tend to like you more after you've had sex with them once.

also, chicks can sense when you are hesitant and aren't confident enough to run the show. that alone will get you rejected.
