i get them every now and then usually when there is a lack of humidity

hard to think there is a lack of humidity here right now but since it is so hot outside the ac is blowing full force and knocking out the humidity inside

try some kind of nose spray oh and don't pick

seasonal allergies cause this all the time.

for bonus points go to the ER and tell them its been going on for days and it wont stop.
You just might get a taste of some medical grade cocaine.

No nose bleed yesterday.

sometimes its allergies, sometimes its something more.

if you go to a doctor they might cauterize blood vessels.
they may also tell you to use a saline solution to keep the inside of your nose hydrated.
they may tell you to use a vaseline solution to retain the moisture already in the nose.
they may recommend nasal irrigation or a neti pot.
they may just tell you to suck it up that odds are good unless you're bleeding for hours at a time you'll manage just fine.

i know at least one other TWWer and I talked about having rampant nosebleeds, and at one point i know i was at about 3 months straight every day.
