the fact is that i haven't had pizza from every place in raleigh that sells pizza, so i suppose you're correct

but i personally have not had pizza in raleigh that is worse than the slice i had at sauced

Rudinos? I mean, it's crappy, but not terrible by any means.

There was some spot in the shopping center with Dannys BBQ that had absolutely wretched buffet for like $2.99 or something, but I think it's long gone. I mean, this place made CiCis look like Pizza Hut. It was terrible.

you people do realize there are more than 2 types of pizza right?



I personally haven't found pizza in raleigh I won't eat- I've found places where I won't pay as much as they want for their pizza (ie: Mellow Mushroom) or places that you are really only getting what you pay for (ie: Megabite), but there are places that aren't bad if you know how to order (ie: get the right toppings at Marcos and get everything they put on the crust- that is one hell of a 6 dollar pizza right there)

and those saying chains are the worst pizza in Raleigh? They wouldn't be in business if that were the case. Domino's didn't use to be anything special, but the new crust and sauce they use has made it better. And pizza hut is like cici's- I would go for the buffet with a big group of guys where we could eat as much as we wanted for 5 bucks- yes there is better "gourmet" pizza- but you are just going for lots of pizza for cheap (which is a different kind of good).


Yall are just a bunch of pizza snobs, I say.
