I think blocking makes your facebook crash to the facebook home page if you try to access their profile.

Reason being, when I blocked my sister's psychotic ex, I clicked on links to his profile and it returned me to the home page.

it could be a glitch man. I started talking to someone last week that I met down at the beach, and after a few days I was unfriended on Facebook! I didn't bring it up when I texted her later that day but then the next day she texted me asking why I had unfriended her. I told her I didn't, that she did it. Anyway, we laughed about it and just got "friended" again.

It could be a bug of sorts. Why don't you text and/or call her and just try to develop a relationship without the crutch known as Facebook.

(or has she stopped replying to calls/texts? That could suck )

thanks, y'all, although I haven't any pain. let me just summarize this, so that trolls can at least be up-to-date

1. I google her name and her public facebook listing is an error message
2. I ask friends at my school to search for her on Facebook...she doesn't come up
3. this morning she writes me and says she misses me and wants to get together later this week

these three facts are not really consistent with her blocking me...I think she's really off Facebook. But it's pretty fucking weird for a girl you're seeing just to drop off Facebook, which is why I made this ridiculous thread.

I only have one mutual friend w/ her, who's never online, and whom I'm not about to send a creepy "Help me stalk this chick" message. Anyway I was her friend so she'd have had to defriend/block me specially.

I mean, really, why on Earth would you block a guy today, and send him an e-mail tomorrow saying "Hey, let's hang out this week." I'm pretty sure she's just off Facebook or it's a bug or something.
