1) If your dad is 6.25%, it means he has one great-grandparent who is Italian (1/16), giving him one grandparent who is half Italian, and one parent who is 1/4 Italian.

Now I'm assuming your are saying that you're mom's mom is the 100% Sicilian grandmother. HOWEVER...there is no possible way for you to have a 100% Sicialian grandmother if your mom only has one Italian grandparent. Your great-grandmother would be the 100% and your grandmother would be 50%, making your mom 25%.

Following the percentages you gave, you have one grandparent on your dad's side who is .25 Italian, and one grandparent on your mom's side who is .5. So out of your 4 grandparents, only .75 of one is Italian. .75/4 = .1875. Or by your great-grandparents, 1.5/8 = .1875, and so on.

You are only 18.75% Italian, and you do not have a 100% Sicilian grandmother.

If one parent is 1/2 Italian and one is 1/4, then that would mean that the coinciding offspring would have 3 Italian great-grandparents and 5 not-italian great-grandparents, making it 3/8 or .375. This is me, the 37.5% Italian.
