yah i know. i'm always hopeful like that when i first start seeing someone. if you don't see a future together, then why date?

I went as "3-hole Punch Jim" from the Office, that was the cheapest costume ever. Couple of pieces of black construction paper, scissors, and some tape. Was worried it wouldn't be obvious who I was but most of the people on Hillsborough St. knew and made sure to yell it out when they saw me, haha.

I went looking for my 2 year old a costume today and became totally fed up with the selection. I decided that instead of wasting my money on a costume that he'd wear once that I'd just buy him some off beat clothes, do something funky with his hair, hand him a toy guitar or microphone, and declare that he's a Rock Star. At least he can wear the clothes more than once.

I'm soooo not into Halloween, you guys.

My gfs and I just loan out our costumes to one another. It's silly to drop $50 to $100 bucks on a costume every year when you only wear it to a couple of parties.

kmart always has ~$25 costumes...they're not especially original, but they're still costumes and you can usually tell what they are without having to explain them to people
