If you find yourself near the Jardin de Tuileries there's a great cafe at 226 Rue de Rivoli
75001 Paris, France, it's called Angelina's. It really has the best hot chocolate I've ever had, and I'm somewhat of a hot chocolate connoisseur. It's so amazing plus it was recommended to me by Kate Hudson I read it in an article in an airline magazine on my way to Paris once.

stay away from anything on a menu called Andouilette AAAAA. on my trip to paris, I definitely made it 1/5th of the way through a french pig colon before I realized something was seriously wrong.

I had Andouilette when I was in France that was awesome. However, the place I had it didn't use the colon in their sausage. What I had just had a mild spiciness and a touch of offal flavor as I assume they still used tripe or intestine in it. Also, it was ground more finely so it wasn't chewy like most andouilette normally is.
