Okay you'll earn XP by tagging zombies with your DNA extractor

right now most of the zombies in West Grayside (35 of 'em!) are at Pole Mall to the NW (that's 3 diagonal moves to the left)

don't go over there unless you have plenty of AP to get back because if you're stuck outside you're gonna get eaten

once a zombie is tagged you can't earn XP by tagging them until the zombie uses an action point

it is pretty likely that those zombies are all tagged but there are so many of them you might get lucky and make like 10 XP or more in one trip

You're saving your XP to buy a new skill and you have 2 options here:

[Because you are a Science class all Science skills cost 75 XP and Military skills cost 150]

75 XP will get you Diagnosis which makes it easier to earn XP by healing people but you'll have to search for First Aid Kits in hospitals - the closest hospital is 5 moves South from Barter Road Fire Station

150 XP will get you Free Running which will let you access Heavily and Extremely Heavily barricaded buildings by entering adjacent buildings and jumping across the roof - Free Running will help you stay alive longer

newly revived folks should wait to stand up until they have sufficient AP
take shelter in the Fire Station or another Very Strongly Barricaded building

here's a note for new players:

If you don't have Construction (can't build barricades) and are running out of AP but need a place to hold up and you have a Length of Pipe in your inventory you can use it to barricade a closed door to Loosely Barricaded. However, Loosely Barricade buildings often get broken into by roaming zombies. Especially the higher level dick ones with Ransack because they like to smash buildings up.

^ if your 4 characters are operating in the same neighborhood the game will take note and start throttling your AP regeneration - best not to do that

Yo walkmanfades, I think you are just standing outside the fire station, you have to click a button to enter the building once you walk to the block, otherwise you can get eaten.

Also I'm in topleaf looking for a FAK since I got infected.

^^ You can't add them without being near them. Not that I know of. I just recently started playing this game with others, though.

^ I will send the Interocitor to heal you. He's chilling out in the hospital just south of Topleaf healing folks and picking up FAKs.

In case anyone is looking to level up and has Diagnosis - last I checked the hospital was only Very Strongly Barricaded, packed with survivors and well lit with a generator.

word of advice - don't stand up until you have enough AP to get somewhere

sleeping in the street = death and it is just polite not to die after getting revived
someone spent 10 AP and used a syringe (which could take some finding or cost 20AP to manufacture) just to get you on your feet
